Hello my name is Stella Franchetti I'm 20 years old turning 21 soon, I am currently living and working seasonally in Chamonix until April. I am a positive, happy, and caring person who genuinely loves working with children and creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where they can feel comfortable and thrive.
I have extensive experience working with children of different ages. For the past six years, I have worked as a sailing instructor every summer, caring for and teaching children between the ages of 4 and 15. I am used to taking responsibility for groups of children, ensuring their safety while making activities fun, engaging, and confidence-building.
I have also worked as a substitute teacher in both preschool and school settings. In preschool, I worked with children aged 1–6, and in school and after-school programs with children aged 6–12, which has given me a broad understanding of children’s different needs at various stages of development.
In addition, I have completed several CPR and first aid trainings, both for adults as well as for children and infants. I come from a large family and have two younger siblings, now 7 and 8 years old, whom I have been caring for regularly since they were toddlers.
