Hi, I'm Sofia, a 20-year-old from Sweden with a strong background in gymnastics and childcare. I did gymnastics for 14 years and have continued as a coach because I love gymnastics and working with children. I enjoy outdoor activities, crafts, games, and spending time in nature. This winter, Im staying in Chamonix to enjoy the ski season and would love to continue working with kids while Im there. Besides childcare, I've also worked in a grocery store and at events through a catering company where I served and helped prepare food, which has given me experience in responsibility and teamwork.

I hold a high school diploma and have over 8 years of hands-on experience working with children in various roles. I have worked as a gymnastics coach for children aged 6 to 16, including 4 years as a head coach, where I was responsible for planning training sessions, ensuring safety, and managing a team of assistant coaches. In addition to my coaching experience, I have been a babysitter since the age of 15, regularly caring for two children from the ages of 3 and 5. I have also worked in both schools and preschools, gaining experience with children from 1 to 10 years old. Through my role as a gymnastics coach, I have completed several leadership and first aid training courses. My first aid training includes CPR, the Heimlich maneuver, and injury management. I am passionate about working with children, and my background has given me the skills to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for them.

I have extensive experience caring for children of various ages. I have regularly babysat two children at a time since I was 15, starting when they were 3 and 5 years old. In my work at the school and preschool, I have cared for larger groups of children ranging from 1 to 10 years old. These roles required managing multiple children at once, while ensuring their safety, engagement, and wellbeing. Additionally, through my 8 years as a gymnastics coach — including 4 years as a head coach — I was responsible for training groups of up to 15–20 children aged 6 to 16. This has further strengthened my ability to care for and lead children of various ages in both structured and unstructured environments.

• Sofia is incredibly kind, good hearted and pleasant. We have used her services for perhaps 5-6 years now. The children loves her and they usually dinners together and plays bord games together afterwards. We always trust her judgement and when we often return home the children are asleep. We don’t even have to give her rules - she has good knowledge about what’s reasonable. We are happy for her that she is going abroad.
