I have always enjoyed working with children, since I was a teenager when I used to volunteer teaching at my theatre school. I have enjoyed every day of my career so far. Working towards my degree helped me realise what is important to a healthy child's development. I have since developed a passion for natural play resources, outdoor learning, various stories, songs and imaginative play. I am a very pro-active practitioner. I enjoy cooking healthy meals and engaging children in this activity. I am confident caring for the youngest of babies and I have a lot of experience with baby milk and weaning. Quite often I build such lovely relationships with parents, it is sad to say goodbye at the end of the holiday!

• I had the pleasure of working with Catisha during her employment at Snapdragons Nursery. I was Catisha's manager and she was employed to act as Head of Toddlers. Her team consisted of 5-6 nursery practitioners in a department which cared for over twenty toddlers on role. Catisha was a pleasure to work with- many of the children and families adored her. She planned many exciting and educational activities, often taking the toddlers on trips out in the community. Catisha had extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and this was clear in her practise. Catisha led the team efficiently. She acted professionally in challenging situations and was dedicated to making sure the Toddler Department succeeded in meeting high standards of care and education. • Catissa was employed by myself, during the months of May to September, to work as a Nanny for my four year old boy, whilst I was working in Spain. Catissa was an excellent nanny, before we had even left England, she was 100% dedicated to her role. We very much enjoyed her company in our villa and Callum, my son, is very fond of her. Catissa used to take Callum on trips to the beach and in to town, really making this a special holiday for him. She used to provide many artistic activities for him, and taught him many games to play. Catissa continued some of his school education, paticuarly reading and maths. I fully recommend Catissa to any family looking for a sweet, bubbly carer for their child.

• Last week during February half term we had the pleasure of Catissa Creighton working for us a holiday nanny to two children on a skiing holiday. They were a 5 year old girl and 6 year old boy (unrelated). Catissa was really good with both of them and they happily went to her and enjoyed hanging out in the chalet or going out to do activities together. We found Catissa to be approachable, a good communicator and flexible to their needs and behaviour.
