My passion is education and I have been working with children since I was 18. I am a nanny because I enjoy working with people, in particular children, and it is also what I am good at.

I am 33 years old, a mother of two amazing children, and with 15 years experience working with children. I also have a bachelor's degree in communication studies from Arizona State University, in the USA.

I have been a full time nanny in ski resorts for two whole seasons, working mostly with ages 0-3, but not only. My own children are 9 and 7.5 years old, so I have plenty of experience with new borns and babies of all ages from raising my own one's. In addition I have worked as a substitute teacher in a private school for 3 years, have been a private tutor for all ages for 12 years, have worked as a counselor and assistant manager of several day camps and week camps, worked for 3 years as a counselor in a youth movement, as well as 3 years work with children ages 4-18 in my local community center.

• Michelle has been very reliable and is very good with my little boy. She picks him up from crèche and takes him to my home to feed him, do bath time and bed time. Michelle has been kind and sweet to my little one and very flexible, it has been a great relief to have her on hand.
• Hello! Michelle watched my 1.5 year old son for about 4 months, a few times a week. They had a great connection and Michelle was very attentive to his needs. They also had fun together and Michelle created great learning opprotunitys for him on a daily basis. Michelle was trustworthy and punctual as well. • I recently employed Michelle Segal to care for my son during our ski holiday to Val Thorens. Michelle was a pleasure to work with! • I had Michelle Hadar babysit my two children who are 5 and 3 for four nights while I was in Val Thorens in April 2018. One of the first things I liked about her was that she immediately got in touch and asked whether I had any special requests. When I finally met her a couple of months later I found Michelle to be punctual, attentive and the kids immediately warmed up to her and felt comfortable to show her around and attempt to trick her into reading them more stories.
