Intro
Hi there, my name is Ellen. I am from New Zealand and are 26 years old. I am doing a season in La Plagne and are looking for extra work doing Nannying and babysitting. I love the outdoors from Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, surfing and are always keen to try new things. I love cooking and being social. I have always had a passion for looking after kids. Their safety and enjoyment is the most important thing to me, whether it is playing outside, reading, arts and crafts, baking or making a fort inside. I am a trusting, caring and easy-going person and look forward to meeting you and your children. The past few years I have worked in the public health and education sector. Mostly working for lower socio-economic communities and supporting them in many different ways. I care deeply for people and value working in communities to make the world a better place.
Qualifications
I have had 5+ years experience in taking care of children. This ranges from school pick-ups and drop offs, taking kids to their afternoon activities, cooking meals, during the day, bed-time routines, nannying at night and I also worked for an after school care programme. I have mostly looked after kids aged 3-12 years old, I have had some experience looking after 1-3 year olds but feel confident looking after them. I have looked after up to 3 siblings at once but also looked after larger groups of children at after school care.
