I have a love for the outdoors aswell as a passion for cooking ! I love cooking and baking for family and friends and love hosting for them.

I am a qualified Norland Nanny with a BA (hon) degree in early years development and learning aswell as the Norland Diploma (skills based professional diploma in childcare). I have many additional qualifications including full paediatric first aid, DBS check, OFSTED registered, food hygiene, sleep training, safeguarding and many more.

Throughout my 3 years of Norland training I completed over 1265 hours on placement within different childcare settings, schools, nurseries, with families as well as 25 hours newborn experience. Since then I have worked full time for 4 years as a nanny with experience of children ranging from newborn to 7 years. For the last 3 years I have worked with the same family who now have 3 children age 6,4,1 and I look after them full time daily proving the children with home cooked meals, doing their laundry, creating age appropriate activities and taking them to and from school and on days out ! I’ve been on many ski holidays with them too so very familiar with the routine of taking children to ski school, occupying little ones in the chalet or in the snow and taking little little ones for their first go on the nursery slopes.

• Emily has been our nanny for over 3 years and has looked after our 3 children in the way you could only hope for. She started when our eldest was 3 and youngest at the time was 9 months and then has been through the new born and toddler stage with our 3rd, therefore has a wealth of experience of all young ages. She is unbelievably competent with looking after 3 children of different ages and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She is incredibly reliable, wonderful at playing with the kids and always thinking ahead. Emily is a great cook, hugely imaginative not only with food, but also play and coming up with new games and activities. She has a firm but fair approach to discipline, and also a fun and energetic personality, even willing to take all 3 out on a bike ride! Emily is a fantastic person, she is kind, warm and hugely loving to our children and I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a nanny.
