Dear family, I am a Business English Teacher looking for temporary holiday work. I used to Nanny a few years ago and I have very fond memories of looking after children. I have lots of experience with little ones; from newborn to teenagers. Apart from nannying, my friends and family members nearly all have children so I am almost always around them and regularly go out for days with them and cater for them at dinners. I am an outdoorsy person and I like finding activities for kids that don't involve technology. I'm comfortable in the water and I used to teach swimming when I was younger. I'm happy to work alongside parents or alone. I'm able to communicate abroad with spanish, french, italian and portuguese. I'm an avid reader and I like to hike, do arts and crafts, snowboard, explore new places and listen to music. I like to encourage kids to find their own hobbies and to enjoy themselves in whatever we are doing together. When I worked in a school in the UK, I was a 1:1 for several different children who had various needs. They included Autism, Aspergers, ADHD, Attachment disorder, Partially blind and Schizophrenia. I am comfortable working alongside or caring for children with different needs such as the above. Iâ€™m 34 years old and currently living in the South of France. Iâ€™m very happy to travel to wherever is necessary. I also have experience travelling with children and finding extra activities where the family is on holiday.
