Hello I'm Sae Mcgirr, I'm a bubbly, enthusiastic young adult that loves to get out there and learn new things first hand. I was born I'm Japan and moved to England at the as of 5 as my father is English, I speak both Japanese and English which helps me alot when I visit my family in Japan every year. I am also a professional traditional Japanese dancer for events and private parties. dance had been a passion of mine from a young age, I started Japanese dance 10 years ago and have been doing it ever since. I often teach children Japanese dance routines and recently began teaching professionally. I also learnt other forms of dance throughout my time at secondary school. Having always lived in the country side I have grown up taking part in out door activities such as cricket and being in my county athletics team. My main job for 2 years was at a wedding venue managing events and making sure weddings ran smoothly. I took care of couples from start to end of their big day helping them to feel comfortable and satisfied. I have gained many people skills from this. I am very excited to be in the French alps this winter and being given chance to work out here would be amazing. I have grown up working in our family restaurant in Japan where I often visit. so I am familiar with working away from the comforts of home. I mainly think it would an eye opening experience to work and help families enjoy their time out here in the alps.

Experience

I have had alot of experience with children as I used to earn money being a babysitter in my younger years looking after children from the youngest being 2 to the ages of 10. I would say that I feel very confident caring for children aged 4 and above. I enjoyed this alot as it's not just entertaining the children it's having fun yourself included. Travelling around India and Nepal my family and I often visited orphanages and gave a few days at a time helping as much as we could doing many activities helping cook to feed all the children I mostly enjoyed making dance routines with the young girl and boys as dance a loved hobby of mine. I'm part of a children's educational charity called Forest School Camps, we take children away camping teaching and also learning skills and values.
