I have the big cool kid attitude when it comes childcare but also the ability to be the reasonable responsible adult. Caring for children brings a lot of joy and meaning to my work life, I love the ability to spend my days with such beautiful unique little people making sure they fulfil their daily needs of fun, crazy, learning and adventure. They bring a lot of joy and positive energy to the world around them and I am always excited to be a part of that and make sure they feel safe loved and have a responsible fun person to share that with. Some of my hobbies would have to be snowboarding of course, traveling and exploring nature, camping, water sports, healthy cooking, hiking, fishing and spending time with my friends family and partner :)

• Morgan was a calm, fun and attentive companion to our 3 young boys when she was employed with us. Morgan would often find fun ways to engage the children in play-based learning and was never flustered with a change in the situation.
I think she is a talented and accomplished nanny and wishes her all the best in her career.
Kind regards, Ashley
• To whom it may concern; Morgan was hired to help me look after my 3 year old boy and 1 year old twin girls. Morgan worked from 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday helping me with all aspects of childcare, including cooking, feeding, bathing, cleaning up after them and washing etc. Morgan was always extremely reliable and very flexible with anything I needed to do. I found Morgan to be wise well beyond her years with excellent life skills, she has a beautiful warm loving nature that my children loved and she will be very missed by all of us. As Morgan worked alongside me I got to know her well and I can say that she was a pleasure to work with, she has an excellent sense of humour and a good send of adventure, she was not only invaluable to the smooth running of our household but also an interesting fun person to have around. I was more than happy to leave my children with Morgan while I went out and she would quite happily take them all out to the park, beach and toddler activities, which with 3 toddlers is no easy feat. Morgan is an excellent cook and would make fabulous meals for my children, which could be quite tricky as there is always one that doesn’t like something. I would not hesitate to recommend Morgan for any position as I think she will do well at whatever she sets her mind to. We will all be very sad to see her go but look forward to following her adventures on Facebook and wish her the best for her future. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call or email me. Mary Kershaw
• Morgan Durham has been working for us in a busy and demanding nannying role since April 2015. She cares for our three children, aged five, three and 18 months from 3-7pm three days a week. Her duties including collecting our eldest child from school, organising afternoon tea for all children, organising activities, hands-on play, trips to the park, overseeing bathtime, cooking dinner, tidying up after the children and keeping their rooms organised and orderly. Morgan has exceeded all our expectations as a nanny. She's loving, kind and patient with our children, shows initiative when a problem arises and is able to be relied upon. She's diplomatic and firm when the children are being uncooperative and is great at finding ways to win them over. Importantly, she capable and confident with sole charge nannying, often caring for 2-3 of our children on her own. Also important - our children think she's great and enjoy her company. She's calm, considered and has a level of maturity that belies her age. We're sorry to see her go and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to another family. Feel free to get in touch if a verbal reference is required. Kind Regards, Tamara McLean 021 390 524
• I am writing to recommend Morgan Durham as a nanny. Morgan looked after my toddler for five months (from the age of 16 months) and during this time has become a part of our family. She was highly motivated to learn as much as she could and performed extremely well utilizing her best capabilities. Morgan took time to plan and suggest interesting and different activities for our son. She always presented with a positive attitude and created a fun atmosphere for him to learn and discover. Morgan was always very respectful of our parenting style and was also happy and confident to make practical suggestions on things that we have struggled with. For example Travis suffers from eczema and Morgan having experienced eczema herself as a child was able to give us some very helpful tips on how she learned to manage her condition. Particularly, she is very skilled in: • Supervising children and caring for their needs • Planning, preparing and serving meals for children • Bathing, dressing and feeding children • Preparing formulas and changing diapers • Performing housekeeping duties Morgan has a number of strengths but her main strength – according to my observation – is her ability to relate to children. Morgan has a very natural ability to engage with children and was able to develop a relationship with Travis very quickly. This was impressive because Travis was going through a phase where he preferred to only be with me at the time Morgan started. It was a great relief for me to be able to continue on with my work safe in the knowledge that Travis was happy and being well cared for. In summary, Morgan possesses all qualities that make a nanny successful. She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and able to make herself tune-up with the requirements of family and children. Once again, I highly recommend her for a nanny position. In case of any queries, please feel free to contact me on my phone number or email address given below.
