A dedicated enthusiastic childcare professional currently working as an Educational Lead for a Ski Club a role which involves; establishing an environment for elite athletes to continue with their studies and offering them support and guidance as well as, assisting with pastoral duties. I spend my Summer's working as a camp counsellor at a boarding school delivering sports lessons, organising evening activities and doing boarding duties. - Regular babysitting for various families for children from the ages of 0 to 18 years old. - Educational lead at Uniq Snowsport’s for up to 40 children between the ages of 8 and 18 offering tutoring and doing pastoral duties. - Summer Camp counsellor at Institut Le Rosey commenced June 2019 - ongoing. During the Summer I teach watersports as well as taking part in boarding duties and organising evening activities for children between the ages of 8 and 18. - Au Pair commenced September 2019 - ongoing. I have just started working as an Au Pair for a family who work at Institut Le Rosey, I am responsible for the children's daily routines including getting them up, taking them to school, ensuring homework is done and encouraging them to become more independent alongside this I also assist with Sports activities and teach swimming lessons. - Teaching Assistant/Sports Leader at St Patricks RC Primary School commenced January 2017-January 2019, where I was responsible for covering classes of up to 32 children from the ages 4-11 teaching PE. - Volunteer Head Netball and Athletics coach for the Greenfield Village Olympic team commenced in June 2015-ongoing, I am responsible for roughly 20 children who attend weekly training sessions. - One to one swim tuition during the school holidays commenced May 2015- ongoing - Swimming teacher for Oldham Community Leisure commenced September 2015-ongoing, I teach groups of up to 10 children at a time in a range of strokes.

• Erika was working as a sports intern at the school where I work and I heard through older students (16 years) how she was really enhancing their ski performance. As a former member of the British ski team, Erika brings much more than technical nouse to her care-giving role, not only was she super at enabling my twins (age 7) to progress in their skiing, she is outstanding with children. From her experience of working as a sports coach and teacher in a variety of contexts, she knows how to motivate, reward and set clear boundaries. She is currently working with us as an au pair and I am impressed every day with the initiative and positive attitude that she brings to the role. She is the super-nanny, that all is parents dream of especially on the slopes as you can enjoy the skiing, while knowing that your loved ones will be thoroughly well cared for while enjoying themselves on or off their skis.

She has a caring manner with children displays foresight and a gentle coaching encouragement to nurture child’s development. Erika is highly organised and has always arrived with planned activities to provide structure and goals to ensure a fulfilling time for the children.
