My husband brings us to Alp d'huez. Last winter was spent near Vaujany. He is working as a chef in the resort. We know and love the area. I love crafts and walks, both activities most children can have fun with. And, I am a sensitive and quiet person, what helps me dealing with children in any kind of situation.

I love crafts and walks, both activities most children can have fun with. And, I am a sensitive and quiet person, what helps me dealing with children in any kind of situation.
Normally, I am an artist. This winter I will spent with my family in Alp d'Huez and I am looking forwards to being a Nanny. The best experience with children I have, is through raising my daugther, who is 1 year old at the moment. Usually we live in Germany, although my husband is British and therefore we do talk in English at home. During my professional training and studies I have worked in many different jobs, including inclusive holidays trips with children from Berlin and training teenagers in stone carving.
Children of any age can be demanding but the communication can be very enjoyable, if you find the right connection. In professional situations I have mostly worked with children from the age of 7 to mid-teens. As my own daughter is a baby, I feel secure in this age, too. Furthermore my sister has 5 children, between 2 and 14, which I see and supervise regularly.
