Both of them were great and very flexible - we had 5 children of differing ages - the two youngest (both 2 year olds) had constant childcare - we would just pop in every now and then from the slopes with the others as and when they got tired. Both nannies took this in their stride. The oldest child is 8 and they even helped her with homework something that neither of us (parents) were able to encourage. Our 6 month old daughter had only been left with family for short periods of time prior to this trip, but she settled with Lesley as soon as she arrived and gave her big smiles every morning when she returned. Lesley brought age appropriate toys, sang her nursery rhymes, helped improve her naps in the cot, and encouraged her to develop over the week - encouraging her to sit and indulging in her love of chatting. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect ’stranger' to leave her with and while we initially only booked Lesley for 4 half mornings, we ended up asking her to stay for 6 mornings and one full day, we felt that comfortable with her. I wish Lesley was living down the road from us in the UK as I’d have her round all of the time! We will definitely be using Lesley again should we return to La Plagne and the Alps. Lesley was friendly, approachable, helpful and great with the children. Every day she met our children at ski school and walked them (and all their equipment!) back to our chalet. She sorted them lunch and made sure they had a variety of fun activities to fill their afternoon. Every day we came back to very happy children telling us about the fun they had had and the new songs/games they had been taught. ​ ​ Lesley also proactively suggested fun things to do with the children such as going out for a snowy picnic and tobogganing, both of which the children loved. She looked after my 2 year old daughter 9-1pm, and collected my 4 year old from ski school every day at 12pm and then gave them both lunch in our apartment. Lesley was an exceptional Nanny. She really looked after both the children well, and supported their needs. Lesley was very reliable and flexible which made our holiday very enjoyable.
