She was friendly, approachable, helpful and great with the children. Every day she met our children at ski school and walked them (and all their equipment!) back to our chalet. She sorted them lunch and made sure they had a variety of fun activities to fill their afternoon. Every day we came back to very happy children telling us about the fun they had had and the new songs/games they had been taught. ​ Alicia also proactively suggested fun things to do with the children such as going out for a snowy picnic and tobogganing, both of which the children loved. I would thoroughly recommend Alicia, as would my children! Given Lesley and Alicia hadn't worked together before they both did an excellent job and managed our 6 excited children brilliantly. She was proactive, cheerful, focused on Florence excellently and did lots of fun things with her. She took her swimming and was proactive in helping her improve her swimming, took her skiing on the nursery slop and helped her get to grips with her ski’s and simple techniques, she did arts and crafts with her and took her on trips. She also ‘played’ with her with her toys wonderfully, which meant Florence felt completely comfortable with her. She gave her lunches and was super helpful all the time.
